INGREDIENTS (12 MUFFINS): 2 1/4 cups flour 4 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice1 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2 large egg whites (room temperature)1 1/2 tsp vanilla1 cup sugar3/4 cup pumpkin puree1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt3 oz milk of your choice3 oz heavy whipping cream1 1/2 cups freshly grated carrots3/4 cup diced apple1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup dried cherries4 Tbsp crushed pecans2 3/4 Tbsp Evolve RXINSTRUCTIONS: 1.
