OLYMPIC SMOOTHIE BOWL
Enjoy a filling smoothie bowl with Olympic Rx. It's a great way to start your day.
INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):
- 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-2 tsp heavy whipping cream and fresh berries for decoration
- 2 tsp Olympic RX
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1) Blend the frozen berries (we used strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) with the banana, the milk, and the Olympic RX. Add sweetener of choice if needed (we did not use any because the ripe banana gives it all the sweetness desired).
- 2) Pour in a bowl and decorate with heavy whipping cream (or Greek yogurt), fresh or frozen berries (optional) and enjoy immediately. Store in the fridge if you want to enjoy it later.
