BROWN BUTTER PORRIDGE with Neural Rx and Olympic Rx
INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1-2 Tbsp dark brown sugar • 2 Tbsp brown butter
- 1-2 tsp Neural Rx
- 1-2 tsp Olympic Rx
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. Cover and cook the steel-cut oats, milk, and heavy whipping cream on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 2. Let the oatmeal cool down slightly before mixing in sugar, Neural RX, Olympic RX, and brown butter.
