INGREDIENTS (for 12 Egg Bites):
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1-2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Himalayan salt,
- Lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp ElixiRx
- Add your favorite add-ons: We like fried bacon, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, chives, scallions, and meatballs.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. Grease a silicon muffin baking mold (molds of silicon work best with egg).
- 2. Melt the butter and mix with the heavy whipping cream.
- 3. Whisk in the eggs and the ElixiRX (if you do not want ElixiRX in every bite, you can also add 1/2 tsp to each bite individually).
- 4. Season with Himalayan salt and lemon pepper or your favorite spices.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 6. Fill each mold with just a bit of egg mix.
- 7. Now, add the toppings to each mold. Mix and match as you like.
- 8. Divide the rest of the egg mix into your half-filled molds.
- 9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- 10. Enjoy warm or cold, but do not freeze, as it can reduce the efficacy of the ElixiRX. The egg bites will be good for several days in the fridge.
