KEY LIME PIE

Key Lime Pie

Ingredients (3 servings):

Crust:

• 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

• 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Pie:

• 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

• 1/4 cup sweet condensed milk

• 1 1/2 -2 1/2 tbsp lime juice (to your taste)

• 1/4 tbsp lime zest

• 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice

• 2 tbsp Neural RX 

Instructions:

Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter and press firmly in your cake pan/muffin tray.

Blend the pie ingredients and spread the on the crust.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with lime zest.
