It's not quick, but this overnight oats recipe with Neural Rx and Olympic Rx is delicious!
INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):
- 1/4 cup hemp seed, chia seed, and flax seed mix
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Sweetener, cocoa powder, fruits, and nuts of your choice
- 2 tsp Neural RX and 2 tsp Olympic RX
This combination makes for a perfect keto breakfast, fitting right into your collection of low carb recipes.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Note: make sure you have two small bowls - one for Neural and one for Olympic.
- In a bowl, stir milk and heavy whipping cream into the seed mix.
- Split the mix in half and put into separate small bowls.
- Add cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice to each.
- Add Neural RX into one bowl and Olympic RX into the other.
- Put lids (or plastic wrap) on your bowls and refrigerate overnight (4 hours min).
- Stir each well. Add more milk or heavy whipping cream if necessary.
- Top with fruit, nuts, sugar-free chocolate, or a topping of your choice. For Olympic, we use cocoa, blueberries, and sugar-free chocolate. For Neural, we use fresh strawberries and frozen raspberries.
