STRAWBERRY MANGO SALAD

   STRAWBERRY MANGO SALAD

Ingredients (1 serving):

• 1/2-1 mango

• About a handful of strawberries

• Creamy goat cheese

• Arugula

• Fresh lemon juice

• 2-3 tbsp tahini

• Honey to taste

• A splash of water (if you want your salad dressing to be a thinner consistency)

• 1 tsp Olympic RX

• 1 tsp Neural RX

Instructions:

Salad:

Dice the mango and the strawberries

Crumble the goat cheese.

Wash the arugula.

Mix.

Salad Dressing:

Mix tahini with lemon juice, honey, Neural RX and Olympic RX.

Toss the salad in the dressing.

Sprinkle with some honey and almonds, pine nuts and pistachios.

Note: While the Neural RX blends in more easily, you will be able to taste the Olympic RX a little bit. More lemon juice and honey masks the taste if you need to.
