Ingredients (12 pcs):

• 50g shredded, desiccated coconut

• 50g coconut cream

• 15g sweetener of choice

• Sugar free dark chocolate

• 1 tsp MCT RX, or 1 tsp Neural RX


Mix coconut, coconut cream and sweetener.

Press into a silicone mold. Be sure to not fill them up completely. You should still have some room left.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Melt a few pieces of the chocolate and pour some on the coconut cubes.

Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Melt the rest of the chocolate

Mix in the Neural or MCT RX once the chocolate has cooled down a bit. 

Cover all cubes with chocolate and refrigerate again.
